There are two stages in paper submission.
- First, the author is expected to write an extended abstract that must be submitted to OCS UI before 31st August 2022.
- Second, after the extended abstract is received by the reviewer team and presented at the paper session at ICOLAIS, the authors are expected to submit the full paper to OCS UI on 19th November 2022.
Extended abstract and paper submission is done through the Online Conference System (OCS) on the Conference Website at OCS of ICOLAIS 2022 (https://conference.ui.ac.id/icolais/icolais2022/user/account)
Extended Abstract: The extended abstract should be around 300-400 words (introduction, problem statement, purpose of research, methodology, key findings, state of the art) typed in at single space, using Times New Roman font size 10. The margins at four sides should be set at 1 inch.
The extended abstract should be in English or Indonesia, English preferable. Please make sure the abstract is well-written and properly edited.
Structure of the Extended Abstract: 1)Topics,; 2) Title of the paper in Bold Letters; 3) The author and co-author (supervisor) name without titles or degrees, higher education institution, faculty and department/studies program, and e-mail address shall be provided under the paper title; 4) 300-400 words detailed summary of the article, written in English or Indonesia that include an introduction, problem statement, the purpose of the research, relevance/significance of the study, research methodology, key findings, and state of the art; 5) 150-200 words of research novelty; 6) Reference List.

Presentation: Oral presentation (10-15 minutes). All accompanying PowerPoint slides should be prepared in English.
Full-paper Submission and Format: Papers must be original and should not have been previously accepted for publication in any journals. Papers must be written in English. Papers should be written in single-spaced using 12-point font of Times New Roman and the length of paper should not less than 4000 and not exceed 9000 words (4000 – 9000) (excluding abstract, references, tables, figures, and charts). A soft-copy of the paper should be submitted in MS Word for windows (.doc or .docx format) via conference website. Papers in .pdf format will not be accepted.
Papers should at least consist of:
- Literature review and/or hypothesis development
- Research methodology
