We are pleased to announce the Call for Full Research Papers and Scientific Posters submissions for the 6th International Conference on Library Archives and Information Sciences (ICOLAIS), which will be held offline on 20th October 2026. We aim to provide opportunities for both intellectually stimulating discussions and socially engaging meetings during the conference.

We invite submissions of full papers related to, but not limited to, the following topics:

Submission Guidelines

  1. Full Research Papers: should be between 8 to 10 pages (including references).
  2. Scientific Poster: Should be 2-4 pages, including references.

Review and Publication Process

Full papers will undergo a double-blind (rapid) review process, focusing on the research’s novelty and contribution to the ongoing scientific discussion. Twelve selected papers will be presented in the ICOLAIS panel and published in the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) 3, 4, and 5 indexed journal, including:

  1. SINTA 3 – Lentera Pustaka: Journal of Library, Information, and Archival Studies, published by the Library and Information Science Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Diponegoro.
  2. SINTA 4 – JKIP (Jurnal Kajian Informasi & Perpustakaan/Journal of Information and Library Studies, published by the Library and Information Science Study Program, Faculty of Communication Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran.
  3. SINTA 4 – Palimpsest: Journal of the Library Science, published by the Department of Information and Library Science, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Airlangga.
  4. SINTA 5 – JIPK: Jurnal Ilmu Informasi, Perpustakaan, dan Kearsipan, published by the Department of Library and Information Science, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia.

  • Full Paper Submission Deadline: 15th August 2026 (by midnight 23:59 GMT +07:00)
  • Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: 8th September 2026
  • Conference Date: 20th October 2026
  • Final Paper Submission Deadline: 31st October 2026
